BOJ Peanut Balls

Holiday season calls for one specific type of food: SWEETS.

Forget the fruit cake. Forget the pies.

If you aren’t up to par with the latest dessert trends, don’t fret. We’ll have Santa fighting to be left one of these amazing peanut-infused snacks using BOJ deep-fried peanuts!


- 1 Cup of sugar
- 1 Cup of evaporated milk
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 Cup light corn syrup
- 5 Cups Corn Flakes
- 2 Cups Rice Crispies cereal
- 1 Cup BOJ Original Deep-Fried Peanuts (crushed or blended)


In a saucepan, combine the sugar, evaporated milk and corn syrup. Cook on low. Keep stirring until the sugar is nice and dissolved. Keep cooking and stirring until the mixture reaches 236 degrees (use a candy thermometer for that). Add vanilla.

While the syrup is cooking, throw the cereal and peanuts in a buttered bowl. Add the cooked syrup and stir with a spoon. Refrigerate this mixture for 30 minutes.

after refrigerating, mold the mixture into 2-inch balls. Once you’re done rolling the balls out – you’re good to go! Share these with friends and family… or just keep them for yourself. They’re delicious.
